1. Branch Manager I For Jimma

Job Description:

The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/he will also coordinate the sales/business development efforts of the branch.

The Branch manager will also lead the customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he will prepare and submit annual budget, work plan and activity and progress reports. The jobholder will also participate in various community activities and keep in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank.

Skills Competencies & Educational background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in  Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields of studies. 
  • Required Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) Year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent

2. Senior Customer Service Officer for Jimma

Location: Jimma, Oromia 

Job Description:

Provides front office customer service support at the Branch.

 Handles account management transactions.

Respond to customer enquiries.

Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Skills Competencies & Educational background

  • Bachelor Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
  • Experience Requirement  :5 (Five) years of relevant experience in a Bank  

3. Customer Services Officer -II for Jimma

Location: Jimma, Oromia 

Job Description:

Is responsible to make/Check front office customer service support at the branch.

will handle/Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries,

handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Skills Competencies & Educational background

  • Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
  • Experience Requirement:  2 (Two) Years relevant experience in a Bank

4. Customer Services Officer -I for Jimma

Location: Jimma, Oromia 

Job Description:
