1: Female Sales assistant

Essential Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field of study with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Only Female Fresh graduates of 2022/23
  • Proficient in English, with additional International language skills (Chinese considered advantageous).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, confidence, and impeccable grooming standards.
  • Flexibility, high motivation, and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Uphold ALFARAG DUTY-FREE’s service excellence, warmly engaging with and assisting customers.
  • Stay informed about your daily sales targets and strive to meet or exceed them.
  • Tailor product recommendations to meet customers’ needs, enhancing their shopping experience.
  • Efficiently process payments using the Electronic Cash Register (ECR) when necessary.
  • Maintain visual appeal and organization of products according to company and brand directives.
  • Keep the store and sub-store pristine at all times.
  • Regularly check product expiry dates, rotate stock as needed, and replenish sold items.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate stock requisitions when necessary.
  • Manage product deliveries and ensure correct placement in storage areas.

  Skills and Educational background

• Understanding of sales promotion, product demonstration, and customer service principles.

• Ability to assess customer needs, maintain service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Cultural sensitivity to foster an effective work environment.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Competencies in active listening, multitasking, and service orientation.

• Quick and accurate basic math skills.

• Problem-solving aptitude and strong comprehension skills.

• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge, understanding brand stories and hero products, and effectively communicate this to meet customer needs.

• Strive for excellence in service execution, aiming for zero consumer complaints and a culture of surprise and delight.

Team Collaboration: 

• Build strong relationships with colleagues, BAs, and Assistant supervisors to enhance team efficiency.

Be flexible and willing to assist team members as needed.

• Participate in and contribute to training sessions and online learning modules when necessary.

• Work effectively and corporate team members to achieve common goals.

Administration and Housekeeping: 

• Adhere to hygiene guidelines by regularly cleaning counters and displays.

• Ensure merchandise is well-presented according to company directives.

• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time.
