1.Plant Supply Chain Manager
Location : Addis Ababa
Job Description
Supply Chain Management: In-depth knowledge and expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution. Experience in utilizing supply chain management software and tools is also crucial.
Brewery Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the brewing industry, including knowledge of brewery operations.
Production Planning and Scheduling: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective production plans and schedules, ensuring optimization of resources, minimal downtime, and meeting production targets.
Inventory Control: Experience in managing inventory levels effectively, including forecasting demand, setting safety stock levels, implementing inventory control measures, and utilizing inventory management systems.
Quality Assurance: Knowledge and experience in implementing quality control measures throughout the supply chain, including ensuring raw materials meet required quality standards and monitoring quality throughout the production process.
Team Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and coordination across different departments
Cost Management: Experience in driving cost efficiencies within the supply chain, such as optimizing transportation routes, reducing wastage, and negotiating favorable pricing with suppliers.
Continuous Improvement: Mindset and experience in constantly seeking process improvements within the supply chain, identifying areas for cost reduction, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing best practices.
Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
Skill and educational background
MA/ B.A. Degree graduate in Supply chain management, Materials Management, Management, Finance or related field.
Expereince: 10 years’ experience in related field of which at least 4 years’ experience at managerial level.
Language: Amharic and English

2. Admin and Facilities Manager

Job Description
Supply the delivery of highest possible level of personal and collective contribution to BGI Ethiopia’s operational effectiveness by developing, reviewing, implementing and improving the most efficient administrative and facilities management systems, policies, and procedures and ensuring efficient and timely provision of a range administrative and liaison services, guest relations and travel management, reservation of meetings and events, office management and utilities, assets management and safeguarding, pooled and outsourced services and the maintenance of office environment fully equipped with basic standards of living and working.
Skill and educational background
BA degree in Administrative Services Management/ Business Management/ Business Administration/ /Public Administration or related fields
Expereince: Eight (8) years hands on progressive professional experience in handling and managing Administration and Liaison Services, General Services, Facilities Management, etc., in a large Corporate environment of which Three (3) years should be on supervisory roles, preferably holding similar positions.
