Function of Graduate Trainees
- The key goal of this graduate trainee program is to equip contemporary graduate college students and put together for future management profession.

GT Job Abstract:
- Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.
- Collaborating in conferences, workshops, and team-building occasions.
- Taking notes on experiences and retaining a log of issues discovered.
- Compiling reviews and making displays to different employees members.
- Analyzing present programs and providing new concepts for enchancment.
- Bringing constructive power into the corporate, and forming lasting skilled relationships with employees.
- Conducting analysis and helping the Supervisor or Supervisor wherever potential.
- Finishing fieldwork or visiting completely different work websites when required.
- Upholding the nice identify of the corporate always.
Skills Competencies & Educational backgroun
- BA/BSc Degree graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Industrial and related), Accounting, Management, Applied Chemistry and other related qualification from reputable universities in 2022/2023 with CGPA of above 2.75 for female and 3.00 for Male.
- You must point out your CGP on your CV.
- The graduate trainee have to be keen to work in Mugher and keen to relocate his/her residence to plant website.
