Manager, IFB Risk and Compliance Management responsible for assessing the effectiveness of IFB risk management processes and establishing appropriate policies and procedures to assess the bank’s IFB operations for Shariah rules and principles compliance. The job holder will guide and lead the implementation of a risk management framework related to IFB principles in the Bank.
SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Economics, Law, Accounting, Finance, or Banking from a reputable University.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related business field from a recognized institution is an added advantage.
Professional certification in Risk Management; Financial Risk Management (FRM), RCP Level 3, Chartered Risk Analyst (CRA) or Governance Risk and Compliance Management (GRCM) are added advantages.
Experience
Minimum of Eight (8) years relevant experience out of which two (2) years at middle or line management post.
