2. Attorney Litigation

Skill and educational background

Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university.

Additional certification in law, banking, finance or similar fields is an added advantage
Knowing Afan Oromo is an added advantage.
Experience: A minimum of Four /4/ years relevant experience

Required Competency:

Good understanding of court practice, litigation/dispute resolution with good knowledge in commercial law.
Legal writing skills including ability to develop proposals, concept papers, position papers, legal memos and briefs as well as write reports.
Experience in the litigation process- from institution of proceedings to settlement.
Case management- ability to create appropriate litigation strategies, prioritize actions, ensure proper use of time and resources etc.

3. IFB Branch Operation Support Officer

Job Summary:

The IFB Branch Operations Support Officer is responsible for providing support to branches on IFB-related customer services in accordance with IFB standards and guidelines.

Skill and educational background

BA Degree in Accounting/Economics/Business Administration/ Management/related fields.

Experience: At least Four (4) years post qualification experience in a similar role.

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Salary: As per the Bank’s attractive salary scale

Required Technical Competency:

Understanding of Interest Free (Islamic) banking operation, IFB Deposit and Investment/Financing products and working knowledge Shari’ah principles pertaining to IFB.
Understanding of relevant Shari’ah requirements applicable to Islamic financial business.
Knowledge of IFB mode of finance/investments and associated risks
Proven experience in bank processes standardization and process improvement.
Knowledge and effective application of all relevant banking policies, processes, procedures and internal control guidelines to consistently achieve required compliance standards or benchmarks.
Proven experience within a Customer Service environment.
