We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused IT Product Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing exceptional training and guidance to our valued customers. 1: IT Product Customer Support Specialist
Location: Addis Ababa
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to new and existing customers via webinars, virtual meetings, and on-site sessions, tailored to their specific business needs.
- Guide customers through the implementation process, providing hands-on support to resolve any setup or configuration issues they may encounter.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, both through written communication (email, ticketing system) and live interactions (phone, chat).
- Diagnose technical problems, identify root causes, and offer effective solutions to optimize customers’ experience with our IT product.
- Collaborate closely with other customer support and product team members to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, training sessions, and issue resolutions.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of our IT product’s features and updates to stay up to date with the latest developments and improvements.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles

Job Requirements:
- Background in Business Administration, Accounting, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional communication skills in Amharic and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions, with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex issues.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic and evolving software environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
