1: Junior System Analyst
Job Description
The Junior System Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the analysis, design, documentation and implementation of information systems and business processes within the organization. This role will work closely with the senior functional consultant and various stakeholders to ensure that IT projects align with business needs and objectives, effectively contributing to the organization’s success.
1. Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze detailed business requirements for IT projects.
- Utilize interviews, surveys, and workshops to effectively gather and document requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) and use cases that clearly define project scope and objectives.
2. Process Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define optimized and efficient processes that align with organizational goals.
- Document process workflows and create process flowcharts to facilitate understanding and analysis.
3. Data Analysis and Management:
- Assist in data analysis activities, including data profiling, data mapping, and data modeling, to support database design and data migration efforts.
- Collaborate with programmers to ensure that data structures align with project requirements and organizational standards.
4. Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Participate in testing activities, including the creation of test cases, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with the programmers to ensure that systems meet business requirements and functional specifications.
- Help in identifying and resolving system defects and issues.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate with programmers, senior functional consultant, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project goals, progress, and issues.
- Act as a bridge between business users and MIS teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
6. Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users during system implementations and updates.
- Create user manuals, documentation, and training materials as needed to ensure the effective use of systems and applications.
7. Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and analyze issues and challenges in existing systems or processes.
- Propose solutions, enhancements, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
- Familiarity with software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
- Experience with software design, development, and testing
- Experience with software development tools and technologies, such as Java, C#, Python, and SQL
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Willingness to work on extra assignments or tasks whenever it is necessary
- Willingness to travel to different sites when necessary
Experience:
- This is an entry-level position; prior internship or coursework in business analysis or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, Agile, Scrum) is advantageous.
- -Experience with software applications or tools commonly used in business analysis (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Excel, Jira) is a plus.
2: Digital Media Administration Officer
Job Description
As a Digital Media Administration Officer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the digital media platforms and content for an organization. You will work closely with the digital marketing team and other relevant departments to ensure that the organization’s digital media presence is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with its branding and communication goals. Your role will involve both strategic planning and day-to-day administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Media Strategy: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives. Identify target audiences and create plans to effectively reach and engage them through various digital channels.
- Content Management: Create, curate, and manage digital media content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media channels, blogs, and email campaigns. Ensure that content is accurate, compelling, and consistent with the organization’s brand guidelines.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and manage the organization’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing social media analytics to optimize engagement and reach. Stay updated on emerging social media trends and best practices.
- Website Administration: Maintain and update the organization’s website, ensuring that content is current, relevant, and user-friendly. Collaborate with the web development team to implement design changes, optimize site performance, and enhance the user experience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital media initiatives, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email campaign metrics. Generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of digital media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Digital Advertising: Assist in the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, social media ads, and display ads. Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting and budget allocation, and provide insights for campaign refinement.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, communications, design, and IT teams, to ensure seamless integration of digital media efforts with overall organizational strategies. Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media administration. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and recommend new tools or techniques to enhance the organization’s digital presence.
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital media administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven experience with graphic design tools like adobe products (Photoshop, illustrator, in design …) or similar
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including content management, social media, web analytics, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and web analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or any website development language is a plus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital media trends, technologies, and best practices.
3: Human Resource officer
Job Description
- Managing employee files and compiling reports for payroll.
- Communicating with HR specialist
- Managing the pay rolling process and fulfilling all requirements
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining HR related procedures/policies
- Preparing reports to the management
- Contributing to the development of HR unit goals, objectives, and system
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Organize and manage recruitment and selection processes in the organization and ensure talented candidates who fit the job requirement are recruited and deployed on time.
- Planning the competency-based interviewing framework and train management on conducting a competency-based interview,
- Coordinate and ensure timely referencing, job offer, staff contracting and deploying,
- Compile and provide timely feedback for grievances of candidates or applicants
- Ensure recruitment and selection panel lists’ interview and agreement notes, and administrative records are maintained for each filled post,
- Ensure data quality of human resources database in hard copy and softcopy.
- Perform other related functions or work activities
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- Degree in business management, human resource , Management, or other relevant fields
- Strong computer software application proficiency in Ms-excel and Ms-word
