Salary: 12000 Birr Gross per for 6 Months

Job Description:

Inkokomoko is currently seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Trainee to join the team as a Data Coll Graduate Trainee in Addis Ababa region. This unique Graduate Trainee position offers an opportunity to actively contribute to ongoing activities efforts and collaborate closely with the internal MEL team and program teams. As a Monitoring and Evaluation Graduate Trainee, your role will be instrumental in supporting BGS, and Investment monitoring and evaluation activities through effective data collection and data validation. The primary focus as a Graduate Trainee will be to assist the MEL team with crucial data which involves data checks, cleaning, and conducting comprehensive field surveys.

Skills Competencies & Educational background

  • Graduates of 2022 and onwards with a minimum GPA of 3.00 and above.
  • College degree in Economics, statistics, development studies and any related fields.
  • Female Candidates are preferred.
  • DAAP and Employability-Training graduates are prioritized.

Other Requirements:

  • Multi-tasking: Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, and familiarity with Excel and Word software.
  • Detail-oriented: Capable of swiftly identifying and communicating problems with data quality.
  • Self-Starter: Someone who will need minimal training and who is willing to pick up new skills quickly.
  • Field travel: This person will be based in Addis Ababa and occasionally travel to the field when needed.
