1: Canteen Services Supervisor

Job Description

Purpose:

Under the supervision of Office Administration Manager execute proper management of the canteen, utilities (water, electricity, drainage, and many others.), provide and maintenance of canteen tools and smalls, cleanliness of canteen, cafeteria services to offices and other related companies.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

Controls daily meals consumption at canteen.
Control eligibility of canteen companies.
Check and confirm cost of canteen to the supplier according to the day by day consumption data.
Manage distribution of bottled and jar water to the canteen customers and to different places of work.
Manage the proper use of canteen tools and well timed restore and/or substitute.
Work on recommendations, complaints and opinions that may come up from canteen customers and provider to offer answer for the development of the canteen services.
Control and handle the supply of water and electricity to canteen and low corners.
Check and request upkeep for damages, drainage blockages and cleanliness of canteen, hand wash areas, inside and outside space of canteen and low corners.
Controls all incoming food items (greens, meet, oil, flour of injera and bread) for their cleanliness and especially to make sure meet is equipped from accredited butchery.
Controls storage of meals objects to prevent very long time stay and correct storage in accordance with nature of food objects.
Manages provide of refreshments (tea, espresso, water and many others.,) for all workers and report consumption.
Responsible for the supply of cafeteria supplies and services in all espresso corners.
Responsible to offer refreshments for conferences forward of begin of the assembly.
Ensure and oversee correct disinfection and cleaning of dishes, glasses, spoons, forks, espresso and teacups by the brokers.
Responsible for total cleanliness of canteen and low corners together with workers working in both areas for regular health check-up and well being certification.
Manage canteen services and cafeteria services suppliers.

Others:

Manage various duties and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

 

Skill and  educational background

College Diploma and above in any field.
Work Experience:

2 years and above in Hotel or Cafeteria management.

 2: Travel and Event Management Specialist

Job Description

Purpose:

Under the supervision of Office Administrative Manager execute hotel and air ticket bookings, process funds, help in letter preparations, organizes events, talk with suppliers. The place will contain working and assisting different functions.
Main Areas of Responsibility:

Handle all incoming travel requests (air tickets, hotel booking, transportation etc.,) and the processes that observe after
Manages a positive relationship with vendors (agencies, hotels, airlines, car leases, and many others.,).
Managing and processing all travel-related documentation.
Execute funds for various distributors.
Assist in writing supporting letters to government and private places of work.
Assist in visa application.
Assist varied functions with administrative duties.
Analyzing and preparing experiences on journey actions (variety of travels, spends, etc.)
Organize facilities and handle all occasion’s particulars reminiscent of decor, catering, leisure, transportation, location, invitee listing, particular friends, tools, promotional material and many others.
Conduct market research, collect information and negotiate contracts for varied occasions.
Proactively handle any arising points and troubleshoot any rising issues on the event day.
Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes.
Others:

Skill and  educational background

College Diploma and above in administrative, secretarial science and related fields.

Work Experience:

2 years and above expertise in administrative duties and associated fields
