SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • A Bachelor Degree in a business fields
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office suite and office equipment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or position is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service position.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
