1. Shift Mechanics
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full time
Job Summary:
Install, maintain, improve and repair equipment, plant and services to set levels effectively in compliance with best practices ensuring production efficiency can be met within a safe well-presented facility. Respond to technical issues that might arise from production and other user departments which affects production and maintain mechanical services through close follow-up, inspection and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and training of operators.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend breakdowns, identify faults and problem-solve, with minimal downtime to production
Carry out a diagnosis of faults, the maintenance and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional
Skills Competencies & Educational background
Diploma or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Computer skill
Experience: 4+ years for diploma or 2+ years experience for BA degree holders in the manufacturing industry.
2. Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Addis Ababa

Position Summary:
The maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning and execution of timely responsive reliable and cost-effective all types of maintenance activities ( Mechanical & Electrical Maintenances) The maintenance supervisor ensured that the company maintenance infrastructure and manpower are in the right position to help the production activity run without breakdown and downtime.
Skills Competencies & Educational background
BSC in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and other related fields Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar Food manufacturing companies
3. Shift Electrician
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full time
Position Summary:
Assists and cooperates in the installation, servicing and repairing of motors, contractors, circuit breakers and other electrical equipment. Carries out preventive and corrective maintenance works when instructed by the Electrician. Diagnoses and locates circuitry, component and equipment faults. Attend, operates and record generator daily operation and fuel consumption, general utility consumptions put an effort to control the energy consumption by avoiding an unwanted wastage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Installs and connect motors, transformers, circuit breakers, contactors and other components as directed by the Electrician or Senior Electrician.
Examines and maintains cables, cable joints and connections to electrical arts, switches, controls, fuse boxes and other equipment as directed by Senior Electricians.
Skills Competencies & Educational background
Diploma or BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering
Previous experience in machine operating and process under similar firm
Computer skill
Experience:

4. Area Sales Officer – Hawassa

Position Summary:
The purpose of the Area Sales Officer is to implement sales and Revenue achievement through customer focused service, Account development, order generation, Merchandizing and Delivery to ensure sales efficiency and coverage, and upholding the company reputation at all times.
Duties and Responsiblities:
Establish, build and maintain good working relationship with customers (existing and new).
Segments area (territory) and based on customer segment, volume and geographic location, creates a call schedule (also suggests territory segmentation).

BA Degree graduate in sales, Marketing and Business Management.
