1: CWG Coordination Support Lead
Skill and educational background
- Bachelor’s degree in social science, Economics & Agriculture is required,
- At least ten years of combined field and headquarters experience in different international organizations or projects (e.g. UN agencies, INGOs, IOs, Donors, IFRC or ICRC)
- Knowledge of the UN System, and NGO humanitarian community, and humanitarian coordination architecture (desired)
- Knowledge of Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) standards, indicators and best practice
- Knowledge of market-based approaches
- Experience providing high-level technical training adapted to various skill levels and contexts.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Coordination Architecture in the Cluster Approach in Ethiopia
- Demonstrable ability to work and represent views across different stakeholders taking part in the ECWG.
- Demonstrable understanding of international humanitarian response and coordination mechanisms.
- Demonstrated flexibility and creativity in planning and problem solving.
- Experience of high level coordination and facilitation of meetings.
- Proven analytic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: able to communicate and interact with a wide range of people and organizations at all levels with tact and diplomacy
- Strong command of English language in writing and drafting reports and minute

2: Sr. Supply Chain Coordinator
Skill and educational background
- Minimum Qualified for BA Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Development Studies, or other business management fields
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the Management of the entire Supply chain / Logistics function and preferably in the INGO environment, including significant field operations experience running both development and emergency programs.
- Field-level experience in procurements and logistics for INGOs in international development and emergency programs
- Knowledge of key institutional donors and their compliance requirements in respect of logistics and procurement
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation, and coaching.
- Experience in solving complex issues through analysis, the definition of a clear way forward, and ensuring buy-in.
- Commitment to Save the Children values.
- Ability and willingness to change work practices and hours in the event of major emergencies including traveling at short notice and for extended periods.
- Highly organized with good administration skills for order and information management, able to develop filing systems and databases to ensure an auditable trail.
- A high level of computer literacy (word, excel, PPT, etc)
