It received its license and started writing Non-Life Insurance Business from just one office location at Meskel Square on 10 November 1994.

Skills Competencies & Educational background
- Diploma in Accounting or Banking & Insurance.
- Experience: Two years proven & relevant post qualification experience in a similar role.
Knowledge & Skill:
- Excellent communication skill and Personality.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Analytical & problem-solving skill
- Training on Cisco & Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
2. Human Capital Management Officer II
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration & Development Management or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years proven & relevant post qualification experience in a similar role.
Knowledge & Skill:
- Excellent communication skill and Personality.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Excellent computer skill
3. IT Security Officer II
- BSC Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ICT or related fields.
- Experience: 4 years proven & relevant post qualification experience in a similar role out of which 1 year as Programmer.
Knowledge & Skill:
- Excellent communication skill and Personality.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Analytical & problem-solving skill
- Training on Cisco & Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
4. Programmer II
- BSC Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or Computer Engineering,
- Experience: 3 years proven & relevant post qualification experience in a similar role.
Knowledge & Skill:
- Excellent communication skill and Personality.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Analytical & problem-solving skill
- Training on Java programming is advantageous.
5. Senior Programmer
- BSC Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or Computer Engineering,
- Experience: 4 years proven & relevant post qualification experience in a similar role out of which 1 year as Programmer.
Knowledge & Skill:
- Excellent communication skill and Personality.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Analytical & problem-solving skill
- Training on Java programming is advantageous.
