Position: Senior, Resource Mobilization & Customer Service Officer
- Ensures that branch and space targets with regard to Resource mobilization are met
- Ensures the Implementation of VF MFI’s saving policies and procedures.
- Ensures that the deposit portfolio combine is in accordance with the institutional targets so as to mitigate the risk of capital loss
- Carries out the implementation of the areas and branchs savings mobilization plan
- Periodically evaluations deposit achievement and constraints and supply suggestions accordingly

- Caries out focus group discussion (FGD) with potential savers
- Conducts lively marketing marketing campaign to draw saver in session with space Officec and branch offices
- Assists in market survey regarding deposit potentials of the realm of operation
- Provides technical assistant to branches with regard to account opening, saving deposit, and saving withdrawal in accordance with the established procedures and policies of the VFVMFI
- Esures the availability of quick and high quality customer support to consumer
- Carry out correct buyer closing account as per coverage
- Reports periodically on related points associated to saving providers, and department financial positions concerning saving.
- Conducts field actions, such as however not restricted to money assortment, account opening, withdrawal transactions in accordance with the duly set policies and procedures of the VFMFI
- Research on and write advertising intelligence and competitor evaluation report for the deposit mobilization & department operation division Manager

EDUCATION/TRAINING:
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Management/Banking/Marketing/Economics or different associated field
- At least 7 years related work experiences

- Good knowledge of information evaluation techniques
