1: Cashier / Teller

 Skills Competencies & Educational background

  • BA Degree or Diploma in any Business field
  • Work Experience and skills: 1 year related experience
  • Required Number: 3
  • Place of work:  Head Office and other is branch offices in Addis Ababa and outlets.

2: Call Center Officer

 Skills Competencies & Educational background

  • BA in IT, Computer Science, BAIS, Marketing,  Accounting, Management, any related field of studies.
  • Work Experience and skills: Has a minimum of one year experience in similar position in financial institution or Fintech.
  • Place of work:  Head Office

Language skill: Knowledge of Ethiopian Somali languages is a mandatory.

3: Personnel & General Service Officer

 Skills Competencies & Educational background

  • BA Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Management or related field
  • Work Experience and skills: A minimum of 3/5 years of experience and At least one year direct experience. And Financial Institution work experience is advantageous.
  • Place of work: Head Office.

4: Human Resources and Administration Department Manager

 Skills Competencies & Educational background

  • MA/ B.A degree in Management, HRM, Business Administration field of studies
  • Work Experience and skills: Total of 8 /10 years of experience out of which at list two years on related position in Financial Institutions.
  • Place of work:  Head Office and other is branch offices in Addis Ababa and outlets.

5: Branch Manager I

 Skills Competencies & Educational background

  • BA Degree in any Business and Agricultural fields.
  • Work Experience and skills: 4 years of Branch Manager experience in MFI’s.
  • Place of work: Head Office

6: Sub Branch Manager

 Skills Competencies & Educational background

  • BA Degree/ Diploma in any Business  field
  • Work Experience and skills: 1/3 years of related work experience in financial institutions
  • Place of work: Head Office.
