2: Call Center Officer
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- BA in IT, Computer Science, BAIS, Marketing, Accounting, Management, any related field of studies.
- Work Experience and skills: Has a minimum of one year experience in similar position in financial institution or Fintech.
- Place of work: Head Office
Language skill: Knowledge of Ethiopian Somali languages is a mandatory.
3: Personnel & General Service Officer
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- BA Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Management or related field
- Work Experience and skills: A minimum of 3/5 years of experience and At least one year direct experience. And Financial Institution work experience is advantageous.
- Place of work: Head Office.
4: Human Resources and Administration Department Manager
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- MA/ B.A degree in Management, HRM, Business Administration field of studies
- Work Experience and skills: Total of 8 /10 years of experience out of which at list two years on related position in Financial Institutions.
- Place of work: Head Office and other is branch offices in Addis Ababa and outlets.
5: Branch Manager I
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- BA Degree in any Business and Agricultural fields.
- Work Experience and skills: 4 years of Branch Manager experience in MFI’s.
- Place of work: Head Office
6: Sub Branch Manager
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- BA Degree/ Diploma in any Business field
- Work Experience and skills: 1/3 years of related work experience in financial institutions
- Place of work: Head Office.
