1: Branch Cashier
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- BA Accounting, Accounting, and Finance / level IV (4) Completed COC requirement is Mandatory
- Experience: 1+ years experience in banking and /or microfinance advantageous.
2: Junior Secretary
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science & office management, IT.
- Experience: 1(one) year of experience in related work (Female Only)
3: Board Of Secretary
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science & office management, IT & having a background of law
- Experience: 4 years in related work out of which 2 years experience in banking and /or microfinance in a Managerial Position.
4: Senior Accountant
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in related work out of which 2 year experience in banking and /or microfinance experience is required
Branch Accountant -II
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance and related.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in related work out of which 1 year of experience in banking and /or microfinance is advantageous
5: Senior Marketing Officer
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, and related
- Experience: 3 years and above Experience. Digital Marketing experience is required
6: Resource Mobilization Department Manager
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: 5/7 years of experience in related work out of which 4 years in banking and /or microfinance business, of which, at least 3 years shall be in a managerial position.
7: Human Resource Department Manager
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- MA/BA Degree in HR, Management, Public Administration, and related
- Experience: 5/7 years of experience in related work out of which 4 years in banking and /or microfinance business, of which, at least 3 years shall be in a managerial position
8: Information System Department Manager
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- Msc/ BSc degree in IT, MIS & Computer Science
- Experience: 6/8 Years in related work out of which 2 years experience in banking and /or microfinance advantageous.
9: Chief Executive Officer
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: 8 /10 years of experience in related work out of which 5 years of experience in banking and /or microfinance business shall be in a managerial position.
